1. Download the latest SVG version of the leaflet from FSUK site,
<http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/fsuk/manchester/leaflets/mfs-general-a6-leaflet/>.

2. Edit the SVG file in Inkscape.

3. Update Copyright information such as adding current year if it is not there
already or adding yourself. This includes the text on the leaflet *and* the
metadata (File->Document Metadata).

4. Use File->Save As to save as a new version, where version is 
YYYY-MM-DD_DayRevisionNumber.

5. Use File->Save a Copy and save as a PDF, default settings should be fine.

6. Make an A4 PDF of 4 of the A6 leaflets for easy printing, replacing each of 
the mfs-general-a6-leaflet_<version>.pdf with the new version:
$ pdfnup --nup 2x2 --paper a4paper --no-landscape --frame false --noautoscale true mfs-general-a6-leaflet_<version>.pdf mfs-general-a6-leaflet_<version>.pdf mfs-general-a6-leaflet_<version>.pdf mfs-general-a6-leaflet_<version>.pdf

7. Sign the new SVG, A6 PDF and A4 PDF in turn:
$ gpg --detach-sign --use-agent mfs-general-a6-leaflet_<version><type>

8. Verify your signatures of the SVG, A6 PDF and A4 PDF in turn:
gpg --verify mfs-general-a6-leaflet_<version><type>.sig

9. Upload the new SVG, A6 PDF and A4 PDF (this requires a registered
SSH Public Key <https://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/SshAccess>) to:
dl.sv.nongnu.org:/releases/fsuk/manchester/leaflets/mfs-general-a6-leaflet/

10. Tell the team, <fsuk-manchester-team@nongnu.org>.
